Seabar was a staple of Buffalo, known for its exceptional sushi and vibrant atmosphere. Chef Mike Andrzejewski, who lived in Hawaii and brought its culture and cuisine back to Buffalo, led the restaurant. A prominent figure, Chef Mike A. has appeared on Chopped and won Beat Bobby Flay. While Seabar was operational, Axis handled their food and beverage photography and managed their social media presence. Chef Mike A. and his wife have since relocated to Florida and Seabar is no longer open, its legacy in Buffalo’s culinary scene remains.
